Cindy Douglas – Montierre’s Office Manager – is the engine of the team’s office that keeps everything humming along. Her many years of leadership in the health field have given her a vast array of skills and abilities that she uses for all of Montierre’s projects and clients.

Priding herself on communication, Douglas enjoys working with clients and the team to make sure that everyone at Montierre is put in the right position to succeed. She understands that projects are more than just checklists, but are also relationships that are meant to be cultivated.

Douglas believes that one of Montierre’s greatest strengths – besides the company’s tireless work ethic – is its connection to the community and the selfless, charitable nature of every employee from the top down.
