Sonny’s The CarWash Factory is an all-in-one car wash supply factory and training center located in Tamarac, who turned to Montierre to upgrade and expand their space. While every project has its challenges, the Montierre team was able to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping both the Montierre staff and Sonny’s staff safe, while delivering a quality finished product.
Not only was Montierre able to put a smile on the face of Sonny’s owner after completion, but was also able to work on and complete several other Sonny’s locations.
The South Florida Proton Therapy Institute powered by Proton International is leading the next generation of cancer treatment, so they turned to the next generation of high-end construction to complete their space.
Montierre was able to connect 15 different modular units on site, plus connect all utilities. In addition to the satisfaction of completing a project, this was an especially satisfying build knowing that we would be helping people in their fight against cancer.
Jungle Island in Miami is an eco-adventure park who turned to Montierre to renovate their existing barn into a hub for their Jungle Adventure Camp, while also installing an electrical room and a Florida Power & Light power supply vault.
The project not only utilized many areas of Montierre’s expertise but was hit by multiple delays and drawbacks. True to form, our team was able to anticipate potential issues and find solutions to complete the project on schedule.
The Dog Stop is a doggy daycare and boarding center in Stuart, FL that was moving into a new space in a strip mall. Given their unique needs for the clients – both human and canine – they turned to Montierre for the interior buildout.
In addition to the uniqueness of the project, the shopping center was also 35 years old, meaning several basic elements were out of code. The franchise was so impressed with Montierre’s work, that we are now on their preferred vendors list.
When Pure Barre was opening one of its newest franchises, it relied on Montierre for the buildout of the space. For the Montierre team, the joy of transforming the space into a luxury fitness studio was almost matched by the ability to get away for a bit and work on a project out of town. When Freshii needed a new & modern buildout for a new shopping plaza location, they turned to Montierre. In addition to the demands of building within an existing structure, this project presented unique opportunities with the specific layouts of the franchise. Not only was the food amazing, but the atmosphere of the project was great as well. Montierre took a great deal of pleasure in how much commitment and dedication was required for this project.
When Hilton wanted to open one of their modern Home2 Suites extended stay locations in Pompano Beach, they turned to Montierre for the five-story, 180-room hotel. As part of the project, Montierre completed interior metal stud framing, interior installation, drywall, drywall finishing, and exterior heavy.
DePuy Synthes – an orthopedic solutions company in the Johnson & Johnson family – needed maintenance work after permitting work had been done in house. Montierre was able to work within the existing building’s infrastructure, including its unique equipment and plumbing to complete the project. Working with the in-house team brought a welcomed element to the project, having such a close partnership with the client.
